Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all transactions and billing arrangements between you and Smartinan in connection with access to our online masterclass platform and related services. By completing a purchase or enrolling in any paid offering, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Scope of Application

These terms apply to all purchases made through the Smartinan platform, including individual masterclass enrollments, subscription plans, course bundles, and any other paid digital products or services offered by Smartinan.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the platform are stated in the currency shown at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Smartinan reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Promotional prices and discounts are time-limited and apply only during the period specified. They cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

Smartinan accepts the following forms of payment:

Payment processing is handled by certified third-party payment providers. Smartinan does not store full card details on its servers. All payment data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption.

4. Billing and Charges

4.1 One-Time Purchases

For individual course or masterclass purchases, payment is collected in full at the time of checkout. Access to the purchased content is granted upon successful payment confirmation.

4.2 Subscription Plans

If you subscribe to a recurring plan, your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date. The billing cycle begins on the date of your initial subscription and recurs on the same date in subsequent periods unless cancelled.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds prior to each renewal date. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access until the outstanding balance is settled.

4.3 Trial Periods

Where a free trial is offered, no charge will be applied during the trial period. Upon expiry of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and billing will commence unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Taxes and Additional Fees

Depending on your location and the nature of the service, applicable taxes such as value-added tax or sales tax may be added to the stated price at checkout. The final amount charged will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or other fees imposed by your financial institution are your sole responsibility and are not covered or reimbursed by Smartinan.

6. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful completion of a transaction, you will receive a confirmation to the email address associated with your account. This confirmation serves as your receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact our support team before attempting the transaction again.

7. Failed and Declined Payments

In the event of a payment failure or card decline, Smartinan may attempt to retry the charge. If the payment cannot be processed after the retry period, access to paid content or services may be restricted until the issue is resolved.

You are responsible for updating your payment information promptly if your card expires or is replaced. You can manage your payment details in your account settings.

8. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms presented at the time of purchase. Generally, the following conditions apply:

To request a refund, contact us at contact@smartinan.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to your financial institution's processing times.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any billing issue promptly.

Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in suspension of your account and recovery of associated costs. Smartinan reserves the right to contest chargebacks that do not reflect a legitimate billing error.

10. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the service until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing period unless specifically stated in the offer terms.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility following cancellation is assessed under the Refund Policy described in Section 8.

11. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all purchases made through your Smartinan account. If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred, you must notify us immediately at contact@smartinan.com and also contact your payment provider. Smartinan is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

12. Changes to Pricing and Terms

Smartinan may update pricing or modify these Payment Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or via email where required. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

13. Suspension for Non-Payment

Smartinan reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any paid service if payment obligations are not fulfilled. Reactivation may require settlement of any outstanding amounts and may be subject to additional verification.
